TEDxVCU
Throughout my time at VCU, I served as Director of TEDxVCU, a student-run, university-based TEDx organization dedicated to bringing ideas worth spreading to students, staff, faculty and alumni. The organization hosts annual live speaking events, Salons and more to bring that mission to life. TEDxVCU believes that curating talks from the VCU community can spark inspiration and change through their ideas and aims to share them with a worldwide audience by acting as a forum for discussion, community engagement, and meaningful conversation.

2024 Ripple
TEDxVCU Ripple provided an interdisciplinary look at the changing world around us through varied talks aimed at building lasting connections in our community and causing a ripple in our perspectives.

TEDxVCU Reframed seeked to reframe your world. We proposed the following question: How do you re-evaluate, re-examine, or re-assess the frames through which you view people, places, ideas, and the world?

2022 Beyond the Horizon
TEDxVCU Beyond the Horizon pushed us past our habitual horizons by questioning the limits of our mental perceptions, experiences and interests. The talks instilled powerful ideas, diverse conversation and a broadened perspective that audiences felt inspired to share with the communities around them.
